Parking control is now merely a source of revenue. Popping in to a local shop is actively discouraged.
If you wait an hour it shows that the GP is giving preceding patients as long as they need, not just the nominal 10 minutes (or whatever).
Redbridge has so much potential but the support for start-ups is lacking unfortunately.
