Council does not provide facilities for home educated kids, even though they save thousands of pounds each year by not using schools. The council clearly have taken a political stance. Rather than providing adequately for the people in the borough

The council provides information on home schooling on the borough’s website: http://www2.redbridge.gov.uk/cms/education_and_young_people/schools/home_schooling.aspx

Whether this is enough is down to interpretation. What facilities are not being provided that believe should be?

In my opinion, comprehensive schools provide adequate education for the borough’s residents, providing there is effort from both teacher and students. If there is a lack of spaces in schools, that would be a different matter, but would indeed mean that the borough was under-providing education.
